H.R. 390: College Football Playoff Act of 2009.
This bill is being marked up in the Commerce, Trade and Consumer Protection Subcommittee of the Committee on Energy and Commerce in the U.S. House on Wednesday. I know the subcommittee well. Sure, it will never be made into law, but the fact that it's been brought for markup brings joy to my heart.
